2021 Student Uniform Information Needed

We are once again improving the process this year in an attempt to make uniform handout quicker and to assist in students hopefully receiving a better fitting uniform. All Logan High School band students are required to fill out the Student Uniform Information Form. Please click on the link or the picture to be redirected to the form. Please fill this out by July 27th so that we can begin the process of assigning uniforms. Please be ACCURATE to ensure a good fit. If you give wrong weights, heights or other measurements, your uniform will not fit properly. Thank you!
