Student Uniform Information Needed

We are adding a new process this year in an attempt to make uniform handout quicker and to assist in students hopefully receiving a better fitting uniform. We are asking that all Logan High School band students please fill out the Student Uniform Information Form. Please fill this out at your earliest convenience so that we can begin the process. Please be as accurate as possible to ensure a good fit. Thank you!
