Private Lessons

It’s that time of year when private lessons are offered to the band students. This is a great opportunity to take your student to the next level musically. The one on one instruction from college music majors can make a huge difference in the level at which your student will be able to play. This one on one instruction is custom to your student’s needs and abilities. The best part is the instructors come to the high school to give the lessons. You don’t have to drive to the college for the lessons. The cost is only $10 per week for a half hour lesson. If you are interested in private lessons let Mr. Wright know. He will get you with the proper teacher to schedule a time. Tuba lessons begin November 10th, Trumpet/Trombone lessons begin November 19th and woodwind lessons begin December 2nd. Dr. Romine will schedule the percussion lessons. Many times you will find the students that take these lessons rise to the top of their sections.
